What Is Life Coaching

Life coaching is a powerful human relationship in which the coach assists their client in designing their future rather than getting over their past. The coach and client then work together in creating visions and goals for all aspects of their lives to attain a perfect balance. Clients then discover their own solutions when provided with support, accountability and unconditional positive regard from their coach.

Balance

Our outward behavior is just a reflection of our inner balance or our out of balance. When I meet with a client i explore what in their lfe is out of balance whether it be physical, mental or spiritual. When you are living in balance in life you are living in peace harmony every day. Balance may mean something different to each individual. My job as a life coach is to reflect back to you what i hear is missing in your life and setting realistic goals that help you move toward balance.

Physical

Physical balance is more about how our bodies work when exercising or while enjoying a bike ride or hike in the woods. Being active is a great way to feel better about yourself and stay healthy. In short a healthy body can lead to feeling more confident and active in our lives.

Spiritual​

Spiritual balance is the idea of finding calm in our hectic world. Practicing yoga, meditation, prayer, or anything that sooths us and allows us to self reflect and find peace within allows us to achieve spiritual balance. Which can lead to more a more healthy look on life and become or active in your communities

Mental

Wether its negative self talk, insecurity, grieving issues or mental issues that interfere in your daily life it might be time to look at these issues and try to find mental balance. This can help you be more out going, be more confident in yourself, and even help you move forward in a positive way
